"Conferences and free workshops for the public"

At the beautiful “Swallows room” in a highly aesthetic and evocative atmosphere, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September, will alternate a series of free conferences, open to the public. The subjects covered will be those of prevention, health restoration and maintenance according to the ancient teachings of Ayurveda, Yoga and related disciplines.

The human being's balance within itself and with the environment is the essential factor for the maintenance of an optimal state of health. This balance can be achieved and maintained through a style of living adequate to our individual constitution, the environment and our activities. The principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, derived from their ancient wisdom, provide excellent ideas for a proper understanding of our deepest needs and teach us how to satisfy them through simple actions combined with proper daily routine. The awareness of the act of nutrition, for example, allows us to have better physical and mental shape so that we can move in harmony with environmental sustainability and ecosystem.

All these and other topics will be covered in this series of public lectures on the occasion of the 3rd International Congress of Ayurveda.

The conferences, organized by different organizations, will have a practical and popular cut and will be suitable for everyone, thus covering various aspects and providing the foundation for future research.
